Because each item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Please read before purchasing:

All items are handmade — small imperfections may occur and make each piece unique.

Colors, glitter placement, and design details may vary slightly from photos.

Care instructions must be followed to maintain the quality of your item.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement or solution. 


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Damage caused by dishwasher, microwave, soaking, dropping, or improper care

Normal wear and tear

Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choice

Minor handmade variations


Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

You’ll have to file a claim with the carrier reach out and I can help with documentation if needed.
