Because each item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please read before purchasing:
• All items are handmade — small imperfections may occur and make each piece unique.
• Colors, glitter placement, and design details may vary slightly from photos.
• Care instructions must be followed to maintain the quality of your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the item and packaging
• We will work with you to provide a replacement or solution.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
• Damage caused by dishwasher, microwave, soaking, dropping, or improper care
• Normal wear and tear
• Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choice
• Minor handmade variations
Shipping Issues
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
You’ll have to file a claim with the carrier reach out and I can help with documentation if needed.
